Thank you for placing an order with us. We appreciate your business, and the trust you have placed in our service. We consistently stand behind our unconditional Guarantee of Satisfaction.
For your information, this Web page explains the entire ordering process, from the time you submit your order (via the secure shopping cart) to the time it arrives at the shipping address you have specified.
Currently, we ship orders within one business day of receiving notification from CCNow that your charge has been approved (CCNow is the shopping cart provider). The process of authorizing credit card transactions at CCNow usually takes a few hours, but in some cases, the process may take one business day, or longer.
We ship orders to US addresses daily, Monday through Friday at 5:00 PM Eastern Time, except on National US Holidays. We use the First Class Mail delivery option offered by the United States Postal Service.
Since CCNow uses the latest and most advanced charge card fraud prevention methods, we cannot estimate the actual length of time it takes for each transaction to be approved. Also, different card issuers (banks) have their own internal policies and guidelines for authorizing online purchases, and those timeframes may vary as well. Please note that approval of online credit card charges can sometimes take longer than regular charges made in person (transactions made by presenting your physical card at a merchant credit card terminal, point-of-sale terminal, or cash dispensing machine).
When your order is filled and sent to you, CCNow will send an e-mail to let you know that your order has been shipped. However, if you accidentally delete the e-mail, or if it is mistaken as junk e-mail, you can check online to see when your order was shipped.

The actual transit time for each mail piece may vary according to the delivery location, not distance. Other factors, such as national holidays and unexpected mail delays, may increase transit times.
We do not exercise any control over the actual length of time it takes for the United States Postal Service to deliver mail. Over the last few years, the United States Postal Service has implemented increased security measures, in reaction to the September 11 terrorist attacks, and to the anthrax threats that followed. The United States Postal Service, however, is reliable.
